A late 19th century 18ct gold,ruby and diamond snake ring.The circular-shape ruby and old-cut diamond head, with single-cut diamond eyes, overlapping the coiled body and tail. Weight 4.8gms.

The lot is in poor to fair overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.08ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. The ruby is a deep, slightly purplish red hue with large inclusions. The ring is slightly squashed, into an oval-shape. Ring size R.
