Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind pair case pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds counter with Arabic divisions positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, plain round case, hallmarked Chester 1885, fitted with an unsigned full plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Outer case diameter 51mm.

Pair case pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny marks and pieces of debris to the dial, tiny marks to the hands, the glass is scratched, small chip to the edge of the glass at three o'clock, inner and outer cases have medium scratches and tiny dints, tarnishing also to the cases.
