Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind pair case pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary repeater dial to the centre, bordered by a minute track, plain round case, hallmarked Birmingham 1897, fitted with a gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement, pierced balance cock, signed Del Vecchio & Dotti of Wellington. Outer case diameter 56mm.

Pair case pocket watch, key wind movement is not currently functioning, tiny pieces of debris to the dial, couple of light cracks to the centre of the dial, tiny marks to the hands, the glass is lightly scratched, inner case has medium scratches and tiny dints, some small dents to the side, area of heavy scratches where the case has been opened, outer case has medium scratches and tiny dints, tarnishing also to the outer case.
