Lot Description

A late 19th century coral bracelet. Comprising four carved coral double-baton links, with floral carved rectangular-shape coral plaque spacers, to the plain box clasp. Length 17.7cms.

The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The clasp is open to the back and is possibly a replacement. The safety chain in unusually long and is a gilt metal later addition. One of the carved coral batons has been re-glued in place, with noticeable yellowed glue visible. Coral untested for natural colour origin. The coral has areas of light dirt/discolouration and small polyp holes.
