The marks are very rubbed, and include the 54 mark, the imperial double-headed eagle mark and two other marks, rubbed. One red paste replacement, slightly loose in the mount, moderate abrasion. One diamond deficient, some other diamonds possible replacements. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, with old-cut, old single-cut and rose-cut diamonds, estimated total diamond spread weight 1ct, though this does not indicate an actual total diamond weight.
