A diamond dress ring. The marquise-cut diamond within a brilliant-cut diamond partial surround, to the baguette and brilliant-cut diamond asymmetric shoulders. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.60ct, I-J colour, P2 clarity. Weight 5.4gms.
