Lot Description

A selection of five twentieth century items, to include a scrolling shell salt, a miniature pierced tazza and an openwork heart-shape dish (5). Tazza hallmarked William Suckling Ltd, Birmingham 1948. Weight 5.89 ozt (183.2 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The shell salt is in good condition. The tazza has a shallow dent to the foot and very minor black spotting. The heart-shape dish is significantly discoloured with two small splits to the pierced sections. The circular floral dish has shallow dents to the rim, the hallmarks are slightly worn. The oval foliate embossed dish has significant wear to the hallmarks, small dents.
