Art Deco 9ct gold cigarette case of oblong form, engine turned decoration and diamond set applied detail. Hallmarked London 1936, the maker probably Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd. Width measuring 8 cm, weight 80 grams.

Condition Report
In very good condition, with only minor surface scratches and marks consistent with general use and age. The interior has a mirrored finish on which fingerprints and other small marks are visible. The lid rises very slightly on the right hand side when closed. The hallmarks are visible and legible, although there is wear particularly to the makers mark where the lid and base meet.
