Lot Description

A sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape sapphire, weighing 3.11cts, within a brilliant-cut diamond surround. Accompanied by report number GRS2012-010902T, dated 27th January 2012, from Gemstone Research Swiss lab, stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indication of thermal treatment. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Weight 4.4gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The sapphire is a very slightly violetish blue hue with some small surface reaching inclusions. Ring size M 1/2.
