Lot Description

An early 20th century continental gold carnelian and jade floral brooch. The carved carnelian flower and nephrite jade leaf, to the scrolling stem with old-cut diamond detail. Foreign marks. Length 7.8cms. Weight 12.4gms. With associated case.

Overall condition good to fair. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. The nephrite jade leaf has a section missing. It has broken off. Colour banded can be seen to the carnelian.
