Lot Description

A seed pearl four-row necklace, with late 19th century woven hair panel and split pearl cluster slider, to the late 19th century circular-shape woven hair panel clasp. Length 40cms.

Condition Report

Overall condition fair. The seed pearls are fairly well matched, there are blisters and blemishes visible to most. The front of the slider is late 19th century with a later attached back panel, there is dirt beneath the hair panel. There are some scratches, to the cover of the hair panel to the clasp. The clasp is secure.
