A silver Arts & Crafts brooch and a similar brooch.

Lot Description
A silver Arts & Crafts brooch, the openwork textured panel with bead and paste detail, together with a pewter Plantagenet brooch with ceramic inset. One with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1904. Lengths 3.2 and 2.9cms. Weight of silver brooch 5.5gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The silver hallmarks are worn, makers stamp J.W. There is a pendant loop cut off. There are two gemstones deficient from the silver brooch. The ceramic to the pewter brooch has a fine crack and general crazing with nicks and abrasion to the surface.
