A selection of silver marcasite jewellery, to include a greyhound brooch with a blue paste eye, a swallow brooch, a butterfly brooch and a floral necklace. (7) Six with marks indicating silver. Total weight 86.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches and distinct areas of discolouration to the brooches in places. There are marcasite deficient from many items. Some of the back pin fittings are bent and may need to be secured. The one brooch appears to have originally part of another piece of jewellery with later brooch fittings to the reverse. Many are in need of repair.
