A small satin birch and walnut cylinder musical box, circa 1900, the rounded oblong top with inlaid lozenge and figured banding, enclosing a mechanism with 3.5" barrel and complete comb, 5.75" x 3" x 2" high (14.5cm x 7.5cm x 5cm)
