Lot Description

An early 20th century brass 'ship's wheel' desk clock . Having a 3.5" white Arabic dial, the single-train timepiece movement with vertically-mounted lever platform escapement, the cut-away backplate stamped with a lion for Duverdrey & Bloquel, the ship's wheel housing with seven handles to the rim, the stem centred by an aneroid barometer, on a stepped oval base, 25cm, (9.8") high.
