A mid 20th century gold ruby and diamond crescent brooch. The graduated circular-shape rubies, alternating with old-cut diamonds to the crescent surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.25ct. Length 2.1cms. Weight 3.4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the brooch in keeping with slight wear. The rubies are fairly well matched, they are a pinkish red, apart from one which is slightly darker in colour. There is slight abrasion to some. The diamonds are bright, there are profuse inclusions easily visible with magnification, one is also chipped, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
