Lot Description

Edwardian silver mounted perfume bottle, the cut glass body of spherical form to the silver collar and embossed domed hinged lid, opening to reveal a glass stopper. Hallmarked William Devenport Birmingham 1902. Height measuring 6 inches (15 cm).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A large internal fracture to the glass. Small minor chips also visible. The lid does not 'click' shut. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
