Lot Description

A white metal mounted mirror, circa 1900, of rectangular form, the mount florally embossed with vacant cartouche, bevel edged mirror and easel back, height measuring 11 inches (28 cm). Together with a smaller similar late Victorian silver mounted photograph frame, hallmarked Levi & Salaman Birmingham 1899 and a further small silver mounted photograph frame of plain form, hallmarked London 1900. The lot displays some significant wear and damage along with general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The frame mirror has dents, chips, holes and wear to the white metal mount, heavy deterioration to the easel back. The larger of the two photograph frames has replacement pins, missing glass and easel back. The smaller photograph frame has chips to the glass and the easel back would require attention.
