Lot Description

A pair of Edwardian silver bowls of cauldron form, the bulbous body with flared lip, a band of embossed and pierced floral decoration and raised on three tapered feet. Hallmarked Synyer & Beddoes (Harry Synyer & Charles Joseph Beddoes) Birmingham 1904, Chester 1905, registration number 450914. Height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Gross weight 6.1 ozt (192 grams).

Condition Report

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

The feet has compressed into the body, visible to the interior. Remnants of old polish. The hallmarks appear rubbed but legible.
