Lot Description

A set of late 19th century garnet jewellery. The

festoon necklace set with a series of vari-shape

foil-back garnets, together with matching ear

pendants. AF. One link to ear pendant deficient. Length of necklace 34cms. Length of ear pendants 2.7cms. Weight 22.2gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. One garnet link is missing to an ear pendant. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Please see the Important Notice for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some of the garnets. All fairly well matched. The earrings have been adopted from garnet links from the necklace.
