A box containing assorted scientific instruments. Comprising: a cased Avery de Grave chemical balance, 'County Borough of Brighton', to weight 10 grains, two Fowler's long scale calculators, a Twelve-Ten and a Magnum respectively; a rosewood case containing a part set of drawing instruments; a part set of beam scales; a Sykes Patent hydrometer in mahogany case; a cased instrument measuring wheel-cutting rotation speeds by 'Venture', a thermometer; six assorted planimeters/micrometers etc., and three pair of dividers (calipers), (17).
