A 20th century monocular compound microscope by Beck of London. The black lacquered body, with eyepiece marked 42MM X6, with main tube stamped L.S.H.T.M. B.35, the adjustable stage over condenser, all with rack and pinion adjustment, the plano-convex mirror over Y-shaped base, 12", (30.5cm) high, in original branded mahogany box.
