Lot Description

A 19th century brass repeater carriage clock. By Vieyres & Repingon, Paris, circa 1890. Having a 2" white Roman dial with trefoil hands signed "VIEYRES & REPINGON PARIS", the bell-striking movement with original lever platform escapement, the two-train movement engraved "Veiyre & Repingon" [sic], in a gorge case with large roof glazing and push repeat, 5", (13cm) high excluding handle.

Case is tarnished. Handle and hilt possibly later. No box or winder.
