Glass filled, colour treated gemstones have many surface reaching fractures that significantly affect the passage of light through the stones, durability may be impaired. Glass filled, colour treated sapphires appear dark blue, and almost opaque. Necklace has one fractured bead, half remains. Stones are heavily treated.
