Victorian set of four silver open salts, each of oblong form, part fluted and raised above four ball feet. Hallmarked Chawner & Co (George William Adams) London 1891. Gross weight 6.7 ozt (208 grams).

Condition Report

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavily discoloured to the interiors, no glass liners. Wear and some loss of definition to the fluted decoration. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
