Lot Description

A pair of late Victorian silver mounted candlesticks of Corinthian style raised on square stepped bases, filled. Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons Ltd London 1897. Height measuring 5 1/2 inches (14 cm).

Condition Report

The candlesticks displays significant damage, along with general scratches, marks, wear, dints and tarnishing. Numerous dents and bumps, small holes also visible. The nozzles are fixed in position, one also split. Significant remnants to the interior of the nozzles. No felt or covering to the underside of the bases.
