A late George III silver six-row toast rack, designed as a series of Gothic double arches, to the rectangular-shape base on four scroll feet and monogrammed scroll grip. Hallmarked John Emes, London, 1801. Length 6 1/4 ozt (15.9 cm). Weight 6.60 ozt (205.7 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some of the arches are bent. Handle slightly bent. The base shows numerous small bends. The feet do not quite sit level. Significant areas of tarnish/discolouration. Hallmarks clear. Monogram JJBW.
