Lot Description

A Victorian silver key wind pair case pocket watch, the cream tone dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, circular shaped case, hallmarked London 1870, fitted with a signed full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Outer case diameter 54mm. With key. Together with a base metal key wind open face pocket watch. Case diameter 58mm.

Key wind pair case pocket watch, movement is currently not functioning, hairspring is in poor condition and movement will require attention,dial shows discolouration, cracks and scratches, hands show discolouration, glass is scratched and marked, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched and dented, bow and pendant are scratched, bow is loose, outer case is scratched, discoloured and dented, hinges to case function, button functions to outer case.


Lot also comes with key wind pocket watch, movement is not functioning, movement appears a replacement and is noticeably small than the case, dial is discoloured and marked, hands show discolouration and marks, glass is scratched and chipped, case has medium scratches and discolouration, case back is worn, bow and pendant are scratched.
