Lot Description

A Victorian 18ct gold keyless wind open face centre seconds pocket watch, the white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track with Arabic divisions, round case with floral decoration to the rim, monogram engraving to rear, hallmarked Chester 1891, three quarter plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 53mm. Total weight 140gms.

18k gold pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, hand setting is currently functioning, tiny marks and pieces of debris to the dial, hands are lightly scratched, glass is scratched with some tiny nicks to the edge, case has medium scratches, scuffs and tiny dints, monogram to rear, tarnishing around the pendant, pendant and bow have medium scratches and tiny dints, bow is slightly loose in its setting, dent to the top of the bow.
