A selection of four gem-set brooches. To include an early 19th century coral cluster brooch, a split pearl and turquoise horseshoe brooch, a garnet brooch, and an opal bar brooch. Lengths 4 to 1.7cms. Weight excluding coral brooch 11.7gms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Replacement fittings to most brooches, slight discolouration. Opal brooch stamped 585 with unidentified maker's marks. Garnet brooch stamped 9ct. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. Some/possibly all gems replacement to horseshoe brooch. Slight bends to knife-edge bars on garnet brooch. Chips to opals.
