An 18ct gold diamond heart pendant. The pave-set diamond heart with similarly-set surmount, suspended from a snake-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Hallmarks for Edinburgh and Birmingham. Length of pendant 1.6cms. Length of chain 45cms. Weight 9.8gms.
