Lot Description

CHARLES HORNER - three brooches and two associated enamel brooches, to include a circular-shape blue enamel brooch, a cowboy brooch, a purple paste cloak clasp, together with two further enamel brooches. (5) Three stamped CH. The first with hallmarks for Chester, 1919. Lengths 5.2 to 2.7cms. Total weight 36gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Tarnish, scratches and scuffs visible to most pieces. Light scuffs and nibbles visible to enamel. Light nicks to paste. The turquoise Cloak clasp stamped silver CH. Cowboy brooch numbered Reg No. 857051, hallmarks for Chester, 1948. Enamel to the bird brooch is obviously damaged.
