Lot Description

An oval pin dish enamelled with various Canadian provincial flags, marked to the underside sterling. Together with an American tea infuser, marked sterling, a pair of overlaid glass peppers, marked sterling, a modern silver shot cup hallmarked London 1993 and a mother of pearl cutlery handle. (5).

All the items in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  There is one large chip and some smaller nicks to the enamel of the pin dish and the underside is quite heavily tarnished with some deeper scratches and nicks visible.  Some minor dints and bumps to the tea infuser and also to the inner rim and flange, also staining to the interior.  The hinge is very loose, however the lid does still close.  Some minor nicks and chips to the rims of the glass peppers.  Dints to the silver lids and some tiny holes.  Some chips to the mother of pearl handle and the silver ferrule is very tarnished.  Hallmarks, where present are legible.
