A mid 20th century platinum diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the single-cut diamond line shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.85ct, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Weight 3.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with general wear. There is a solder join to the back of the band. The diamond is bright, dimensions 6.32 by 6.32 by 3.58mms. There are a couple of black inclusions beneath the table facet easily visible with magnification. The diamonds to the shoulders are bright, some diamonds have sunk within the settings, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
