Lot Description
A continental white metal keyless wind open face Gondolo pocket watch signed Patek Philippe & Cie, the white dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track with Arabic divisions, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case with engraved monogram to the rear, stamped 800, fitted with a signed gilt Swiss bar movement with wolf's teeth gearing on the winding wheels, 'moustache' form club tooth lever escapement, blued overcoil hairspring, bi-metallic compensation balance and cam micro-regulator. Case diameter 57mm.

A Patek Philippe & Cie pocket watch, the keyless wind movement is currently functioning, the enamel dial shows some superficial scuffs in various places, especially to the centre of the subsidiary seconds dial, under closer inspection it also shows a small crack to the surface going towards eight o'clock, hands are scuffed, top of the minute hand is slightly darkened, second hand shows discolouration, glass has superficial scratches to the whole surface from previous use, case appears to be in a similar state, majoirty of the scratches should polish out, case back has a big monogram engraved to the centre.
