Lot Description

A mid 20th century diamond double clip brooch. Each clip designed as brilliant and baguette-cut diamond scrolls, gathered by a baguette-cut diamond line, to the detachable brooch fitting. Estimated total diamond weight 5cts, H-J colour, SI clarity. Length of each clip 3.9cms. Weight 21.8gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. There are scratches to the clips and brooch frame in keeping with overall wear. The diamonds are bright, there are inclusions visible with magnification. Both clips fit to the brooch securely. Some settings may need to be secured. The brooch fitting is secure.
