CARTIER - an 18ct gold diamond band ring. Designed as a wide band with grid motif, set with brilliant-cut diamonds. Signed and numbered Cartier 14408. Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct. Convention marks for Switzerland. Weight 18.4gms.
