In varied state, however all the pieces in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  Some rounding and loss of definition around the edges.  Numerous deeper scratches and nicks are visible to the spoon bowls and also some surface dints and bumps.  There is more wear to the tips on many of the bowls.  The metal on the rims of the ladle feels thinner in some areas and they are a little misshapen.  The metal of the four salt spoon bowls also feels thinner.  There is more wear to some of the fork tines.  Some are a little bent or out of shape and some of the tips are a little ground down.  Some loss of detail or definition to crests or initials.  Some wear and rubbing to hallmarks but they are mainly legible.
