Lot Description

A selection of silver and plated items, to include an Edwardian silver knife and fork with crest engraved mother-of-pearl handles, a pair of silver ashtrays, a pair of filled silver handled glove stretchers, a filled silver handled button hook, together with a silver plated toasting fork with plastic handle. Knife and fork hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London 1902.

Good to fair overall condition with scratches, small dents and tarnish in keeping with general wear. Glove stretchers deficient spring. Knife and fork with differently hallmarked ferrules to the blade and tines. Slight wear to the silver plating on the toasting fork. Marks worn. Maker's mark illegible to button hook.
