In varied state, however all the pieces in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing in keeping with the age and use.  On the coloured enamel spoons, there is considerable damage to the enamel on the reverse of two of the bowls, and the reverse of the stem on one of the other spoons.  On the other set of David Andersen spoons, there is some damage to the tip of one of the spoon bowls.  The tines of the cake forks appear to have faired quite well with just a little bending.
