A William IV silver christening mug, the cylindrical body with reeded banding. Hallmarked John, Henry & Charles Lias, London 1832. Height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm), weight 3.4 ozt (106 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

No personal engraving. There looks to have been a substantial file and acid test under the rim to one side. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
