Lot Description

An Edwardian gold diamond and split pearl heart pendant. The old-cut diamond, within a split pearl heart-shape surround, to the split pearl surmount. Length 2.6cms. Weight 3.5gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the pendant in keeping with minor wear. The diamond is bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.

The split pearls are fairly well matched, there are visible cracks and blemishes. Engraved monogram and personal inscription reads 'March 7th 1903'. Split pearls untested for natural origin.
