A gold plated manual wind chronograph gentleman's Breitling Top Time wrist watch.

Breitling Top Time wrist watch, manual wind movement is currently functioning although balance action is poor and the terminal curve is impacting on the first coil of the balance spring, chronograph is functioning sluggishly, movement is dirty with some signs of previous intervention, the watch will require attention, dial shows the odd mark and scratch when viewed under an eyeglass, hands are marked and tarnished, glass has light visible marks and light scratches, case has light scratches, tarnishing is apparent to the gold plate and there is wear to the edges, crown appears to be a later replacement, back of the case is lightly scratched, strap appears to be in a generally good condition with some creasing and setting, buckle has light marks and scratches.
