ROLEX - a 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's Precision wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track, round case hallmarked Birmingham 1959, numbered 12847 969018, presentation engraving to the rear, fitted to a non-original brown leather strap with gold plated Rolex pin buckle. Case diameter 35mm. With box, guarantee and letter of issue.

Rolex wrist watch, manual wind movement is currently functioning, movement has marks and tarnishing, dial shows marks and scratches, hand have marks, glass shows marks and scratches are visible under an eye glass, bezel has marks, scratches and shows some dints, case has marks and scratches as a result of general wear, case also shows some dints, noticeable dint to the right hand side of the case above the crown, presentation engraving to the rear, strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks, buckle shows marks, scratches and wear to the gold plating.
Lot to include box, letter of issue and guarantee dated 26.8.60. Box is missing its inner cushion.
Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
