Lot Description
A Victorian silver salver of oval form, the raised edge with beaded and gadrooned borders to the geometric engraved body and raised on four Egyptianesque bracket feet. Hallmarked White & Hawkins, Birmingham 1875. Length measuring 13 3/4 inches (35 cm), weight 27.39 ozt (855 grams).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The centre of the salver does move when pushed, therefore perhaps a removal of an engraving. Minor shallow dent to centre. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
