A George III pair of silver open salts of navette form and crested with flared lip, applied girdle and standing on an oval footed base with matched George III and later condiment spoons. Open salts hallmarked John Schofield, London 1788. Height measuring 2 inches (5 cm), gross silver weight 5.4 ozt (170 grams).
