An 18ct gold manual wind gentleman's Tavannes wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied black Arabic numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, circular shaped case, import hallmarks for Glasgow 1929, fitted to a non-original brown leather strap with gold plated pin buckle, signed movement. Case diameter 30mm.

Manual wind wrist watch, movement is not currently functioning, crown is not connecting with movement correctly therefore watch will need a service to be put into working order, dial is quite tarnished and discoloured with some debris in place, hands are again tarnished and discoloured upon close inspection, glass has some visible scratches, some of which may polish out, deeper ones may remain, case is scratched and scuffed with some dints in various places, more visible dints present to rear of case, strap has been worn and is creased in various places that are consistent with wear.
Due to the opening of this case back we recommend that this watch is sealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
