Lot Description

IWC - a stainless steel quartz chronograph gentleman's Flieger wrist watch, reference 3741, the black dial with hourly applied white Arabic numerals, date aperture set between four and five o'clock, subsidiary recorder dials set to three, six and nine o'clock, tonneau shaped case, numbered 2829711, fitted to an authentic black alligator strap with steel pin buckle, signed movement. Case width 37mm.

IWC wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, chronograph does not appear to function as normal which will require attention for future use, dial appears in generally fair condition, luminous paint work appears discoloured and marked, hands show marks under inspection, glass is lightly scratched and marked from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use, bezel is scratched and showing some deep marks, crown and pushers are scratched from use, watch is fitted to a alligator strap which is showing signs of wear with creases, rubbing and cracking, pin buckle is scratched from use.


This lot does not come with box or papers.


Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
