Lot Description

A silver key wind pair case pocket watch by A Lashmore, Oswestry, the white enamel dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, round case, hallmarked Birmingham 1903, fitted with a signed gilt full plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth escapement, split bi-metal compensation balance. Case diameter 48mm.

  • Dial shows discolouration, marks and scratches
  • Hands are discoloured, scratched and marked
  • Glass is scratched and showing debris from previous use
  • Case has medium scratches, noticeable discolouration and evidence of rust, design to case back is worn, hinges are functioning correctly at the moment
  • Bow and pendant are scratched, bow is rusty and loose
