Lot Description

A 1920's set of six silver-gilt coffee spoons, the reverse bowls with green guilloché enamel decoration. Hallmarked William Suckling Ltd, Birmingham 1928. Gross weight 1.5 ozt (47 grams).

Condition Report

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Chip to the enamel on one spoon. Gilding tarnished. Cased present although a good fit, does not appear to be original, the case displays some dents and tears to corners and the inner ribbon is torn. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
